Graphic Designer
<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design visually engaging digital and print collaterals, including brochures, annual reports, newsletters, social media creatives, presentations, and infographics, ensuring adherence to HCLFoundation brand guidelines.</li><li>Create and edit impactful videos showcasing project activities, beneficiary stories, events, and organizational initiatives.</li><li>Manage end-to-end video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.</li><li>Collaborate with the Communications team to translate complex information into compelling visual content.</li><li>Develop creative content for social media platforms and digital campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility.</li><li>Capture high-quality photographs and videos during events, field visits, and organizational activities.</li><li>Support branding, communication, and event-related requirements through the creation of marketing and promotional collateral.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging multimedia practices.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications & Skills</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, and video production.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.</li><li>Strong visual storytelling, creative thinking, and content development skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience in photography and operation of camera equipment.</li><li>Excellent project management, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.</li><li>Passion for social impact and development sector communication is preferred.</li></ul><p></p>
