Training is on the job: you are paired with a senior colleague for the first few weeks, then take your own workload with review. Key responsibilities • Produce social, campaign and print creatives from written briefs. • Apply the brand guideline consistently across every deliverable. • Take design feedback through revision rounds to final artwork. • Prepare export-ready files for digital and print channels. • Maintain accurate records so your work can be audited and handed over. • Take part in daily stand-ups, planning and review sessions.
