With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.<br><br><strong>Role accountabilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Able to work on straightforward tasks under appropriate supervision.</li><li>Able to understand and implement the main codes and standards for the area of work.</li><li>Undertake simple design tasks, modelling works.</li><li>Able to produce sketches for communicating with BIM and lead region to convey the basic understanding of the design.</li><li>Ensure Quality through necessary verification, checking of design submittals. </li><li>Manage programme timelines, budget, and H&S for all the projects. </li><li>Positive attitude towards Health & Safety.</li><li>Show due regard for the environment and for the sustainable management of natural resources.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Experience:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Have a thorough knowledge on at least one out of Software Application like STAAD, MIDAS, LUSAS, ROBOT.</li><li>Scripting and Automation Tool Knowledge is an advantage. (Python or Grasshopper)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to undertake self-learing using inhouse and web-based materials.</li><li>Bear confidence to work independently with good influencing/motivating skills.</li><li>Excellent Communication both written, verbal</li><li>Strong Aptitude and problem solving technicques</li><li>Fair Knowledge of design standards preferably international, application processes. </li><li>Design of elements using software and should be able to validate through alternative means, if necessary, by applying basic principles.</li><li>CADD application, Drawing tools knowledge<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience:<br><br></strong><ul><li>1-3 years of relevant experience in Structural design (Bridge design experience preferable), sound knowldedge in fundamentals of structural engineering and structural behaviour.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualification:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Post-Graduation in Civil/Structure Engineering.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Arcadis?<br><br></strong>We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
