Role Description The Govt Exam Prepare Educator at PPStack is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences for government exam aspirants. The educator will plan and conduct online classes, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions, covering exam-specific subjects, current affairs, and test strategies.

Day-to-day tasks include creating structured lesson plans, developing practice questions and mock tests, preparing study materials and digital content, and monitoring learner progress through assessments and feedback. The role also involves guiding learners on exam patterns, time management, and preparation techniques, while collaborating with the content and technology teams to continuously improve learning resources. The educator is expected to maintain accurate records of learner performance and contribute to the enhancement of PPStack’s government exam preparation offerings.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Government Relations and the Public Sector to contextualize exam content and real-world applications.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with Local Government structures and processes relevant to major government exams.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Analytical Skills to explain complex concepts clearly and help learners interpret exam questions effectively.
  • Candidates should possess experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring government exam aspirants or related competitive exams.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields are beneficial.
  • Proficiency in creating digital learning materials, using online teaching platforms, and managing virtual classrooms is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet schedules, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs is essential.
  • Strong ethical standards, learner-centric mindset, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory education are expected.
