Government Relations & Operations Executive (Delhi)

About the Role Abhikhyanam Agency Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and execution-oriented Government Relations & Operations Executive to support the successful execution of research, consulting, and Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) projects. The selected candidate will act as the central coordination point between government departments, senior officials, consultants, partner organizations, and internal teams. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing official communications, tracking project progress, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Government Coordination - Schedule and coordinate meetings with government ministries, departments, public sector organizations, district administrations, and other stakeholders. - Build and maintain qualified relationships with government officials and external partners. - Follow up on official communications, proposals, approvals, and project-related discussions. - Maintain a database of government contacts, meeting schedules, and communication records. Project Coordination - Coordinate with Research, Product, Design, Technology, Legal, and Management teams. - Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion through regular follow-ups. - Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. - Escalate delays or operational issues to management when necessary. Operations Management - Plan and organize internal meetings and client presentations. - Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and action trackers. - Ensure seamless coordination between multiple ongoing projects. - Monitor execution quality and adherence to deadlines. - Support leadership in day-to-day operational activities. Documentation & Communication - Draft professional emails, official letters, and meeting notes. - Organize project files, proposals, reports, and documentation. - Maintain confidential records and operational documents. - Prepare presentations and briefing materials for meetings with stakeholders.
