Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, sales, and ROI .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
  • Create and optimize lead generation and sales campaigns
  • Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research
  • Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS
  • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
  • Perform A/B testing of audiences, creatives, and ad copies
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking
  • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google Search, Display & Remarketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of Meta Lead Forms, Conversion & Remarketing campaigns
  • Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager & Meta Pixel will be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
