GO-AI Associates work around the clock in shifts that rotate. Each associate has a 9-hour shift, which includes breaks. Shift timings may change every quarter or as per business needs. If an associate works the night shift, they will receive a night shift allowance according to Amazon’s work policy. As for days off, associates have two consecutive days off on a rotating basis.
