What You'll do:

As an Omnichannel Strategist, you will help our clients from the DACH region make the best decisions and solve the problems related to the Design, Build, Orchestration, Improvement, and Scaling of their omnichannel initiatives.

More specifically you will:

  • Create audience-centric strategies to help drive marketing omnichannel campaigns

  • Establish key objectives and performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns and identify and implement appropriate measurements
  • Responsible for providing actionable insights & optimizations on media performance to drive greater efficiency and results for clients


  • Experience with stakeholder mapping, persona development, buyer journey definition, and developing content strategies to align with the sales funnel.

  • Map digital tactics to identify gaps, opportunities, and insights to optimize spending, performance & ROI

  • Evaluate emerging trends and technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for implementing when appropriate

  • Analyze customer experiences, generate insights, and provide recommendations on digital strategies

  • Support clients to transition to an omnichannel model and adoption of digital channels

  • Integrate offline and online channels to offer a unified customer experience

  • Evaluate and recommend to clients the best marketing technologies to implement


  • Proficiency with best practices for content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and copywriting.

  • Create and execute strategic plans for digital media campaigns across channels such as Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social, and SEO.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication or equivalent (minimum 10 years work experience)
  • At least 5 years experience in building and rolling out omnichannel campaigns
  • At least 5 years demonstrating strategic acumen in developing digital initiatives and marketing communication plans
  • At least 5 years of proven analytical acuity with the ability to transform key data into meaningful and actionable insights that lead to informed decision-making
  • Experience with stakeholder mapping, persona development, buyer journey definition, and developing content strategies to align with the sales funnel.

  • Ability to recognize business opportunities and develop compelling communications to various audience groups with moderate guidance.
