Gross Salary: Up to $3,194/month
  • Basic: $2,925/month
  • AWS Allowance: $243/month
  • Flexi Benefits: $25/month
Candidates with more years of experience in retail, supermarkets, e-commerce or online grocery operations, together with supervisory experience, will be considered for a higher salary.

πŸ“¦ What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and supervise the Online Grocery (Fulfilment From Store) team.
  • Ensure online grocery orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
  • Plan manpower deployment and prepare duty rosters.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and stock movement records.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage and issuance of goods.
  • Handle customer enquiries related to online orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety and operational standards within the fulfilment area.
  • Coach, guide and train Grocery Shoppers and Replenishers.

  • Diploma, GCE 'A' Level, Higher NITEC or GCE 'O' Level.
  • Experience in retail, supermarket, inventory management, e-commerce or online grocery operations is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Candidates with relevant transferable experience are welcome to apply.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and smartphones.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to carry loads of up to 20kg.
