Full-Time AI Video Editor – U.S. DTC Women's Fashion Brand (Team Based in Southeast Asia), Remote Job

We're a fast-growing women's fashion DTC brand in the U.S. market, doing several million dollars a month. Our whole team is based in Southeast Asia. We're scaling our video team and looking for a full-time AI Video Editor who produces video ads end to end with an AI-first workflow — AI footage, AI voiceover, AI-assisted editing.

This is not a traditional editing job. We want someone who has already moved their whole workflow to AI: who generates the shots instead of waiting for them, builds the voiceover in minutes, and ships finished ads at a pace a classic editor can't match. If AI is a feature you sometimes use, this isn't for you.

Fair warning: we're extremely demanding. We move fast, we expect high volume and high quality, and we'll push you to produce your best work consistently.

How it works

You get a validated script, a reference ad, and access to our footage library — real b-roll, raw rushes, product shots, and AI-generated b-roll from the team. You own everything else: the footage you pull or generate, the voiceover, the captions, the pacing, the sound.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce video ads on a weekly basis, following validated scripts word for word.

  • Build each ad from our library first, and generate with AI whatever the library doesn't have: product scenes, lifestyle b-roll, transitions.

  • Produce entire video ads from scratch with AI when the script calls for it.

  • Create natural-sounding AI voiceovers that never sound like an announcer.

  • Edit with strong fundamentals: cutting, pacing, sound design, burned-in captions, hooks that stop the scroll in 3 seconds.

  • Product accuracy is non-negotiable: every AI shot must look exactly like the real product.

  • Stay current on the latest AI video tools and use them at a professional level.

  • Work daily with our lead editor and head of video, in a small team of editors.

We provide all the AI tools. You bring the skill — we bring the stack.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year editing paid social video ads, vertical, for DTC/e-commerce brands — with a portfolio to show for it.

  • Real fluency with AI video and voice generation — not casual usage. You can walk us through your stack and show real output, including full AI-generated ads from scratch.

  • Proficient in professional editing software plus AI video and voice tools.

  • Meticulous: you check every frame before it ships. Fast: you cut dead frames without being told.

  • Results-focused — creative exists to convert, not just to look good.

  • Full-time availability, able to start now or within two weeks.

The Deal

  • Full-time contractor, 100% remote.

  • Monthly salary in USD, paid on time. All tools provided.
