Freelance | Remote | India | Part-time

ORIN is an early-stage UK fine jewellery brand built around a distinctive concept: one Core earring with interchangeable Expressions. We are preparing to launch ORIN Founding 50, focused on acquiring our first 50 customers and building the foundations for sustainable growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on individual freelancer who can work directly with the founders and take ownership across organic social, content/creative strategy and performance marketing.

What we need you to do

  • Build and execute a 9-week customer acquisition strategy for Founding 50
  • Manage ORIN’s Instagram and TikTok presence, including content planning, posting and optimisation
  • Create the actual content and creatives for Instagram, TikTok and paid advertising
  • Turn our existing photography, video and brand assets into Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static posts, Stories and Meta ad creatives
  • Edit videos, add text/hooks, write captions and ad copy, and adapt creatives into different formats and variations for testing
  • Identify where additional UGC or creator content is required and help coordinate it
  • Set up, manage and optimise Meta advertising, including prospecting and retargeting
  • Continuously test creative, messaging, audiences and offers
  • Use performance data to create new iterations of winning creatives and stop or replace underperforming ones
  • Review the journey from social/ad → website → purchase and identify conversion issues
  • Track CAC and other key metrics and clearly recommend what to stop, change or scale
  • Help us use organic social, paid advertising and creator/UGC activity together to acquire our first 50 customers
Who we’re looking for You should be someone who can both strategise with the founders and execute.

You need hands-on experience with:

  • DTC/e-commerce growth
  • Instagram and TikTok content creation/management
  • Short-form video and creative editing
  • Meta Ads Manager and paid social
  • Performance creative testing and optimisation

Experience with jewellery, fashion, beauty, luxury or premium consumer brands is strongly preferred. This is not a strategy-only position, an ads-only position or an agency role. We specifically want an individual freelancer who can develop the strategy, personally create the social and advertising content, execute the campaigns and continuously improve them based on results.
