Finance Associate - Due Diligence (CA only)

<strong>Who are we looking for?<br><br></strong>Looking for a Qualified CA, a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Finance Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insightful reports and recommendations for informed decision-making. Additionally, this role will involve the visualization of reports to enhance data comprehension.<br><br><strong>What will be your key responsibilities? <br><br></strong>l Conduct Financial and Tax Due diligence including bank, GST, TDS, PF, and PT reconciliations l Conduct basic ledger scrutiny from books of accounts l Preparing/reviewing schedules/tables and analyzing basic trends and movements of revenue, expenses, working capital, etc., and identifying any extraordinary movements or changes l Preparing/reviewing the DD report with Company overview and factual inputs.<br><br>l Framing of findings, observations, and notes to investors to be incorporated in the DD report based on the above points<br><br>l Research on financial metrics like market size, beta, etc<br><br>l Prepare other decks and reports wherever required Treelife Ventures Services Pvt.
