Fashion Design (Only Pune Candidate) - Internship (Part Time)


About the internship:

This internship is open only to students who are currently based in Pune. Applications from candidates outside Pune will not be considered. At Jalashka, we are looking for a creative and trend-focused fashion design intern to join our growing team. If you live and breathe fashion - from Instagram Reels to runway collections - and love turning trends into real design ideas, this one's for you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research trending fashion styles on Instagram, Pinterest, and Reels
2. Track celebrity fashion, designer collections, and international runway trends
3. Monitor Myntra, Ajio, and competitor brands for bestselling products
4. Research regional Indian fashion trends and customer preferences
5. Prepare weekly trend reports and monthly fashion forecasts
6. Create color palettes, fabric suggestions, and fashion mood boards
7. Convert trend insights into clothing concepts, sketches, and design ideas
8. Create digital flat sketches using Adobe Illustrator
9. Design original prints and patterns for upcoming collections
10. Develop basic tech packs with measurements, fabric details, and stitch specifications
11. Assist in planning seasonal and festive collections
12. Handle our social media for content posting and content creation

Stipend:

INR₹ 3,000 - 5,000 /month
