Experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk – Temporary Warehouse Appointment Scheduling and Inbound Freight Management Support

As a key member of our warehouse appointment scheduling and inbound freight management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management systems. Job Overview We are looking for a temporary Data Entry Clerk to provide essential support for our warehouse appointment scheduling and inbound freight management operations. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, canceling, or editing warehouse appointments using One Network and/or High Jump systems. Additionally, you will audit inbound freight costs between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and the Buyer reputed company, as well as perform periodic freight cost editing within the Buyer reputed company. This is a 100% reputed company, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, cancel, and edit warehouse appointments in a timely and efficient manner Audit and reconcile inbound freight costs between TMS and the Buyer reputed company to ensure accuracy and consistency Perform periodic updates and edits to freight costs in the Buyer reputed company to maintain data integrity Navigate and utilize various web applications efficiently, including One Network and High Jump systems Provide exceptional support to our logistics and supply chain management teams to ensure seamless operations Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Proficiency in reputed company Office, specifically Excel and Word Strong web application navigation skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly High typing speed and accuracy, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Exceptional attention to detail, with ability to identify and correct errors Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound judgments Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in data entry, logistics, or supply chain management Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Buyer reputed company systems Experience with One Network and/or High Jump systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
