About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals to manage end-to-end Government Tendering and Bid Management activities for IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Cloud, Networking, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Government and PSU tenders, GeM Portal operations, bid submissions, compliance management, and coordination with OEMs, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and identify relevant tenders from GeM, CPPP, NICSI, RailTel, BEL, State e-Procurement Portals, and other Government procurement platforms.
  • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, Corrigendums, and Tender Documents.
  • Prepare and review Technical Bid (TQ), Bill of Quantity (BOQ/BQ), Commercial Bid, Compliance Matrix, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and partners for MAFs, authorization letters, certifications, and compliance documents.
  • Manage complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission and post-bid activities.
  • Prepare eligibility documents including company credentials, project references, certifications, declarations, and statutory documents.
  • Handle GeM Portal activities including bid participation, reverse auctions, product/service catalog management, and order processing.
  • Review commercial terms, payment conditions, PBG, EMD, LD clauses, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams for bid submissions.
  • Maintain bid repository, tender tracker, and documentation database.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids while maintaining 100% compliance with tender requirements.
  • Support management with bid status reports, win/loss analysis, and opportunity pipeline tracking.
Mandatory Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Government Tendering and Bid Management.
  • Strong understanding of:

  • BOQ / BQ Preparation
  • Technical Compliance Matrix
  • Commercial Bid Preparation
  • EMD / PBG Requirements

  • Experience working with Central Government, State Government, Defence, PSU, Smart City, Railways, NICSI, BEL, RailTel, ECIL, CDAC, or similar organizations.
  • Excellent documentation and proposal-writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Background Candidates from the following organizations will be preferred:
