Job Responsibilities · Do the product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions, offers, and product content. · Handle the sales operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. · Execute e-commerce strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. · Monitor daily sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and inventory levels. · Analyse marketplace performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability. · Manage the Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub accounts. · Plan and monitor online advertising and promotional campaigns. · Improve product ranking, visibility, traffic, and conversion rates. · Monitor customer complaints, returns, ratings, and negative feedback. · Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. · Analyse competitor pricing, products, offers, and market trends. · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance MIS reports for the management. · Ensure compliance with Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace policies. · Identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives for overall e-commerce growth. Required Skills · Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. · Good understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations. · Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills. · Sales analysis and business planning skills. · Team management and leadership skills. · Good communication and coordination skills. · Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Qualification & Experience Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred. Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Amazon, Flipkart, or online marketplace management.
