Executive Associate — Technology & Growth

Job description

We are looking for a sharp, driven professional (fresher to 3 years of experience) to work directly with the Founder as an Executive Associate. This is not a back-office support role — you will be involved in product decisions, growth execution, client conversations, and cross-border coordination on a daily basis.

What You Will Do

  • Work directly with the Founder on daily operations, planning, and execution across multiple ventures.
  • Build and manage AI agents, automation workflows, and tech-driven tools to improve business efficiency.
  • Handle social media marketing — content strategy, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Support sales and client acquisition efforts — outreach, follow-ups, proposals, and closing.
  • Coordinate with teams across India, UAE, UK, and the US via WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Travel outside the UAE when required for business meetings, events, or project launches.
  • Be available for extended working hours when business demands it — overtime will be compensated.

Working Days Monday to Saturday 1 Pm- 10 Pm -US shift

What We Offer

  • Direct mentorship from the Founder — you will learn faster here than anywhere else.
  • Real ownership and decision‑making authority from day one.
  • Exposure to international operations across four countries.
  • A clear growth path — we promote based on impact, not tenure.
  • Competitive salary + overtime compensation.
  • UAE employment visa sponsored.

1. Details of any social media accounts or campaigns you have managed.

2. A brief note (3–5 lines) on what AI tools you use daily and how.

3. Your expected salary and availability.

Skills

What We Are Looking For

  • Fresher with a strong portfolio OR up to 3 years of professional experience.
  • Background in software development, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, automation platforms) — not just awareness, actual usage.
  • Proven work in social media marketing with measurable results (show us your track record).
  • Interest and aptitude in sales, business development, and client‑facing communication.
  • Excellent English communication — spoken and written. This is non‑negotiable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including beyond standard office timings when needed.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
  • Self‑starter mindset — you do not wait to be told what to do.
