EV Systems Engineer

About the role This EV Systems Engineer role is hands-on and delivery-focused. Expect to spend your time integrating and validating EV powertrain, battery and charging sub-systems, working primarily with battery test rigs, CAN tools and MATLAB. You will own your output end to end — from the first calculation or setup to the sign-off that releases it. Candidates from any recognised university are welcome. • Graduation year: 2023–2026 batches. Freshers and final-year students awaiting results may apply. • Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA in the highest qualification (indicative — strong practical skills can offset this). • Experience: 0–2 years in design, manufacturing, quality, maintenance or a closely related engineering function. • Technical skills: EV Powertrain, Battery Systems, Traction Motors, Power Electronics, CAN Communication, MATLAB. • Soft skills: structured problem solving, attention to detail, discipline on safety and documentation, ownership, and the confidence to stop the line when something is wrong.
