This is an excellent opportunity for drivers in Delhi-NCR who want guaranteed fixed monthly pay, daily trip incentives, and local day routes. 🚚 VEHICLE & PLATFORM DETAILS Vehicle Model: Electric Tata Ace (EV Commercial Mini Truck) Platform Network: Porter Partner Driver Application Base Hub Location: Morta, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) Operating Area: Local Delhi-NCR intra-city logistics & commercial routes Trip Nature: Daily local goods transport, point-to-point delivery & pickup 💰 SALARY & EARNING STRUCTURE Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on past driving experience) Extra Trip Incentives: Daily & monthly performance bonus based on trip completion Payment Cycle: On-time direct monthly bank transfer Company Support: Accidental & health insurance coverage provided 📋 DRIVER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Safe driving and timely pickup/delivery of commercial goods via the Porter Driver app. Smooth handling of Electric Tata Ace EV with proper battery charging management. Following daily pre-trip checklist: tyre pressure, brake check, and vehicle cleanliness. Smooth navigation using Google Maps and professional customer handover. Keeping commercial vehicle documents, charging logs, and delivery slips safe. ✅ ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS License: Valid Commercial LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License. Smartphone Skills: Basic knowledge of operating Google Maps and smartphone apps. Language: Ability to read Hindi and understand route instructions.
