About the role The E-commerce & Retail Analyst at boldfit is the bridge between the data and the decision. Your work centres on analysing category, pricing and customer data across retail channels using SQL, Excel and web analytics, and on making sure that everyone reading your numbers understands what they mean and how far they can be trusted. Candidates from any recognised university are welcome. • Graduation year: any, provided the experience requirement is met. • Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA in the highest qualification (indicative — strong practical skills can offset this). • Experience: 1–4 years in analytics, reporting, MIS or a closely related function. • Technical skills: SQL, Advanced Excel, Category Analytics, Pricing & Margin Analysis, Google Analytics 4, Cohort & RFM Analysis. • Soft skills: structured thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, ownership and the confidence to flag a number that looks wrong.
