About the role In this E-commerce & Retail Analyst position you will be trusted with real business questions. Day to day that means analysing category, pricing and customer data across retail channels with SQL, Excel and web analytics, and holding a high bar on data quality, documentation and clarity of communication. Candidates from any recognised university are welcome. • Graduation year: any, provided the experience requirement is met. • Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA in the highest qualification (indicative — strong practical skills can offset this). • Experience: 1–4 years in analytics, reporting, MIS or a closely related function. • Technical skills: SQL, Advanced Excel, Category Analytics, Pricing & Margin Analysis, Google Analytics 4, Cohort & RFM Analysis. • Soft skills: structured thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, ownership and the confidence to flag a number that looks wrong.
