E-commerce Merchandiser

Location: Bangalore Experience: 1–4 Years Employment Type: 3-Month Contract Education : Graduate CTC: ₹4.5–5 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for an E-Commerce Merchandiser who will be responsible for managing and supporting the online merchandising of products across e-commerce marketplaces. The candidate will ensure that products are correctly listed, updated, promoted, and presented online to maximize product visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day e-commerce merchandising activities across online marketplaces. Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace teams for smooth execution of product-related activities. Ensure products are properly displayed and available on e-commerce platforms. Maintain and update product information, pricing, availability, images, descriptions, and other relevant details. Coordinate for catalog creation, maintenance, and updates . Manage and monitor product listings to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with relevant teams for new product launches and product updates. Monitor product performance, sales, stock availability, and online visibility. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure product availability and timely updates. Support offer creation, discounts, and promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) for marketplace-related requirements and issue resolution. Track and resolve issues related to product listings, catalog, pricing, inventory, and promotions. Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and online visibility. Prepare and maintain regular reports and MIS related to e-commerce merchandising. Ensure all marketplace activities are completed within the required timelines. Skills & Competencies: Good understanding of E-Commerce Merchandising and online marketplace operations. Experience in Catalog Management and product data management. Knowledge of Product Listing and maintaining product content on marketplaces. Understanding of Offer Creation, Discounts, and Promotional Campaigns . Experience in coordinating with Key Account Managers (KAMs) . Knowledge of Flipkart marketplace operations will be preferred. Experience with Flipkart product listing/catalog management will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of MS Excel , including filters, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple products and tasks simultaneously. Good understanding of product pricing, inventory, and sales performance. Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
