About Dropsy

Dropsy is a growing e-commerce startup focused on Amazon Global Selling, brand reselling, FBA and international e-commerce. We are expanding our in-house operations team and looking for E-Commerce Managers who can independently manage Amazon seller accounts and coordinate with our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and operate Amazon Seller Central accounts.

Prioritise candidates with hands-on experience with Amazon Global Seller Central.

Create and optimize product listings, titles, keywords, descriptions and images.

Manage Amazon FBA processes, inventory and shipments.

Monitor account health, orders, returns, customer feedback and seller performance.

Coordinate with the sales team for new seller onboarding and account requirements.

Support product research, pricing and catalogue management.

Monitor Amazon Ads/PPC and marketplace performance.

Coordinate with internal teams for products, brands, inventory and documentation.

Prepare regular performance and sales reports.

Identify account issues and coordinate timely resolutions.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of relevant e-commerce/Amazon experience preferred.

Strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.

Experience with Amazon Global Selling/FBA will be given priority.

Good understanding of Amazon listings, inventory, orders and account health.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts.

Graduate preferred.
