E Commerce Marketplace Manager Company Alluring Monks Private Limited Location Remote / Kochi Salary 35,000 per month Alluring Monks is a creative marketing agency working with emerging consumer brands across lifestyle, fashion, beauty and home categories. We are expanding our marketplace division and are looking for an E Commerce Marketplace Manager who can launch and scale brands across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. This role requires someone who understands the full marketplace ecosystem from product setup to generating consistent online sales. Key Responsibilities • Create and manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho • Upload and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, attributes and keywords • Conduct marketplace keyword research to improve product visibility and ranking • Coordinate with designers to create high converting product images and listing creatives • Manage inventory updates, stock tracking and pricing strategies • Launch and manage marketplace advertising campaigns including Amazon PPC • Monitor product ranking, click through rates and conversion performance • Analyze marketplace data and continuously optimize listings for better sales performance • Manage customer reviews, ratings and marketplace communication • Build systems to scale multiple brands across marketplaces Requirements • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience managing marketplace platforms such as Amazon or Flipkart • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub • Experience with product listing, catalog management and marketplace SEO • Hands on experience running and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns • Understanding of inventory coordination and marketplace pricing strategies • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Additional Requirement Candidates must have hands on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub and should have worked on product listings, catalog optimization and marketplace advertising. Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully launched products on Amazon or Flipkart and generated measurable sales growth.
