Role Description The E-Commerce Executive will manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across multiple online marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon. This full time, on-site role in Noida involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing data and trends, and updating catalog content to improve visibility and conversion. The role includes handling account management tasks such as inventory coordination, order accuracy, and ensuring compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines. The E-Commerce Executive will collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth, oversee campaign execution, and resolve marketplace issues in a timely manner. The individual will also prepare regular performance reports and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and overall e-commerce strategy. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including marketplace account handling, catalog management, and compliance oversight. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive online revenue, manage promotions, and meet sales targets. Candidates should possess Team Management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support junior staff when required.
