ROLE The E-Commerce & Channel Manager will be responsible for the overall commercial performance of:

•⁠ ⁠New SKU launches

This is a hands-on role. The candidate should have actual working experience on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Amazon & Flipkart

•⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day marketplace business

•⁠ ⁠Monitor sales, orders, inventory and revenue

•⁠ ⁠Manage POs and fulfillment

•⁠ ⁠Identify and resolve OOS issues

•⁠ ⁠Monitor marketplace account health

•⁠ ⁠Manage listings, content and product information

•⁠ ⁠Monitor pricing and competitor pricing

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate deals/promotions

•⁠ ⁠Monitor cancellation, RTO and returns

•⁠ ⁠Raise and follow up marketplace tickets

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate marketplace escalations

B2B / Channel

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with B2B/channel partners

•⁠ ⁠Handle partner enquiries and POs

•⁠ ⁠Prepare/coordinate approved B2B pricing

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate stock availability and dispatch

•⁠ ⁠Monitor outstanding/payment status

•⁠ ⁠Maintain Partner Master

•⁠ ⁠Develop new channel opportunities

IDEAL CANDIDATE

•⁠ ⁠2–5 years of practical e-commerce experience

•⁠ ⁠Strong Amazon Seller Central experience

•⁠ ⁠Strong Flipkart Seller Hub experience

•⁠ ⁠Marketplace sales and inventory understanding

•⁠ ⁠Good Excel/Google Sheets skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical ability

•⁠ ⁠Good communication

•⁠ ⁠B2B/channel experience preferred

•⁠ ⁠Consumer electronics/home appliances experience preferred

•⁠ ⁠Should be comfortable working in a growing company where ownership is high

IMPORTANT

Candidates who have only theoretical knowledge or have worked only as listing/support executives without independently handling marketplace performance are not preferred.
