Position Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Phone Agent, you will be the frontline voice of arenaflex, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your role will involve handling high‑volume inquiries, troubleshooting issues, gathering essential customer data, and guiding customers through our credit solutions—all while maintaining the highest standards of service quality. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from customers seeking support, information, or assistance with arenaflex products. Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer concerns in real time, using multiple systems and tools to provide accurate solutions. Data Capture: Accurately record customer information, transaction details, and follow‑up actions in our CRM and related platforms. Process Adherence: Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across all interactions. Quality Assurance: Participate in call monitoring, coaching sessions, and quality reviews to continuously improve service delivery. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Line Manager, Customer Service, and cross‑functional teams to share insights and drive process improvements. Training & Development: Complete mandatory onboarding and ongoing training modules, staying up‑to‑date on product knowledge and industry best practices. Shift Flexibility: Operate within the 1 pm–12 am EST window, including weekend coverage, while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. Shift Structure & Training Shifts run 9 hours each, with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch break. The call center operates 363 days a year, closing only on Thanksgiving and Christmas. During the first six weeks of employment, you will undergo intensive training: three weeks of classroom instruction followed by three weeks of “nesting” where you shadow experienced agents. During this period, you must be on camera, dressed in business‑casual attire, and available Monday‑Friday, 8 am–5 pm ET (or 9 am–6 pm ET). No time off is permitted during training. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center or help‑desk environment. Strong multitasking ability—simultaneously navigate multiple systems while engaging customers.
