Duty Medical Officer

  • Emergency & Trauma Management: Respond immediately to Code Blue activations, acute trauma, and critical care emergencies to stabilize patients.
  • OPD & Inpatient Care: Conduct initial patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations for Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD) cases.
  • Consultant Coordination: Communicate patient status updates, test results, and clinical deteriorations to senior specialists and attending consultants.
  • Ward Rounds & Monitoring: Participate in routine ward rounds, track patient recovery progress, and adjust immediate management plans.
  • Clinical Procedures: Perform basic and minor clinical interventions, wound dressing, suturing, and resuscitation procedures within their scope of practice.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic or physical medical records, discharge summaries, and treatment charts in line with hospital protocols.
  • Inter-Departmental Liaison: Work closely with nursing staff, pharmacy, radiology, and the laboratory to ensure smooth diagnostic and treatment execution
  • Shift Handovers: Provide structured, detailed handovers of critical and pending cases to the incoming shift DMO

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
