About AI Training Work

AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Reviewers compare model outputs with trusted examples, identify errors, and provide structured feedback that helps improve future systems.

This work offers a way to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects while working remotely and choosing a schedule that can fit around studies or other commitments.

  • Work with real model responses and supporting documents
  • Focus on accuracy, relevance, and alignment with expert answers
  • Use your language and subject-matter knowledge to improve AI quality

The Role

OpenTrain AI is looking for a Dutch Corporate Law Response Reviewer to assess 80 pairs of responses about Dutch financial corporate law documents. Each pair includes a model response and a gold response prepared by subject-matter experts.

You will compare the responses to identify where the model makes mistakes or fails to match the expert answer. You will also summarize top-level insights from the completed reviews.

  • Review 80 queries and their supporting Dutch financial corporate law documents
  • Compare each model response with its corresponding expert gold response
  • Identify errors, omissions, and other areas where responses do not match
  • Share high-level patterns and insights from the full review

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an English-speaking Dutch master's student working in law. Corporate financial law experience is helpful but not critical because most queries and documents are straightforward.

The role requires the ability to work with materials in Dutch and English and commit to at least 20 hours per week.

  • Dutch and English language proficiency
  • Currently pursuing or holding a master's degree in law is an ideal fit
  • Interest in or familiarity with Dutch legal documents
  • Corporate financial law knowledge is a bonus, not a strict requirement
  • Availability of 20 or more hours per week
