The Doorman is responsible for managing the main entrances, opening and closing doors, and guiding patients and visitors to reception or relevant hospital areas. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting visitors courteously, providing basic information, coordinating with reception and security staff, and helping with patient flow during busy hours. The role also involves monitoring entry points for safety, ensuring only authorized access, and promptly reporting any security or safety concerns. The Doorman is expected to maintain a professional appearance, follow hospital protocols, and support a calm, organized environment at the hospital entrance.<br><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <br><ul><li>Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact respectfully and clearly with patients, visitors, and staff.</li><li>Experience with Security and basic Receptionist Duties, including monitoring entrances, directing visitors, and coordinating with hospital teams.</li><li>Ability to manage Doors and entry points efficiently, including assisting individuals with mobility needs and ensuring smooth access.</li><li>Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, or front-desk/concierge roles is preferred.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks as required.</li><li>Basic spoken English and local languages for effective communication in a hospital setting.</li><li>High school education or equivalent; additional training in security or customer service is an advantage.</li><li>Reliability, punctuality, and adherence to hospital policies, including safety and confidentiality standards.</li></ul>
