Domestic Call Center Jobs – Day Shift – Walk-in Interviews

Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for Domestic Call Center Executive roles in our day shift operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to join a fast-paced, professional work environment where communication and problem-solving are key. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls in regional or Hindi languages to resolve queries, provide information, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information related to products, services, and inquiries.

  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Make outbound follow-up calls when necessary for feedback, reminders, or updates.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update the internal CRM system.

  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or supervisor.

  • Meet daily/weekly call handling targets and adhere to quality standards.

  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or any graduate from a recognized board/university.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages (English is a plus).

  • Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM handling.

  • Clear speaking voice with active listening skills.

  • Ability to stay calm and positive during customer interactions.

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Previous experience in a customer support or BPO role is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Day shift only: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • 6 Days Working, Sunday fixed off.

  • Location: Multiple cities – check with the recruiter at the time of interview.

  • Patience and empathy in handling diverse customer concerns.

  • Strong work ethic with punctuality and discipline.
