1. Head Documentation & Records

Qualification: LLB

Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take overall ownership of documentation and records management for the Education Trust.
  • Develop and implement documentation policies, systems, and processes.
  • Lead and manage the documentation and records team.
  • Handle regulatory, government, and statutory records tracking.
  • Coordinate documentation requirements across all institutions and departments.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, proper record retention, and audit readiness.
  • Prepare reports for management and support compliance audits.
  • Ensure timely submissions, renewals, and statutory documentation.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with a Corporate Secretarial background are also welcome.

2. Manager Documentation & Records

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day documentation and records activities.
  • Maintain master registers, trackers, and compliance calendars.
  • Verify, update, and ensure the validity of all documents.
  • Coordinate documentation requirements with departments and institutions.
  • Prepare reports and provide documentation support for audits, inspections, and submissions.
  • Monitor document renewals and follow up to ensure timely compliance.
  • Ensure proper organization and accessibility of physical and digital records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of institutional records.

Preferred Background: Candidates with a Corporate Secretarial background are also welcome.

3. Executive Documentation & Records

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, scan, index, and maintain documents.
  • Update records, databases, and trackers.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of physical and digital documents.
  • Maintain document registers.
  • Support compliance activities and documentation requirements.
  • Assist with reporting and data management.
  • Support audits, inspections, and document submissions.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and completeness of records.

Preferred Background: Candidates with a Corporate Secretarial background are also welcome.
