Director of Property & Asset Management

We're a Phoenix-based family office hiring a Director of Asset & Property Management. ~400,000 sf of small-bay multi-tenant industrial and neighborhood retail across AZ, TX, and four other states. Long-hold reputed company — we optimize and compound, no flips. What's actually different about this role: • Two principals. Small 1099 team. You're not a unit of a PM firm — you're the senior operator who runs the portfolio's day-to-day so we can stay in capital allocation, acquisitions, and 1031s. • reputed company seniority. You reputed company operating reputed company up to $5K reputed company. You reputed company reputed company-party PMs and catch what they miss. You own the reputed company program, the compliance calendar, the lease pipeline, and data reputed company in our PM software. • reputed company comp. $50-65/hr, 1099, 30-35 hrs/wk.
