About the job:

Key responsibilities:

A. Outbound Infrastructure
1. Set up domains, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and outreach tools.
2. Configure Instantly/Smartlead, warm-up, and integrations.

B. Lead Generation
1. Build ICP-specific lead lists using Apollo.
2. Source, verify, enrich, and organize leads.

C. Campaign Management & Optimisation
1. Launch cold email campaigns and test messaging and targeting.
2. Track deliverability, replies, and booked appointments.
3. Analyse campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on data.

D. Growth Targets
1. Generate 40-50 qualified appointments per month.
2. Own and track growth targets through consistent campaign performance.

E. Outbound System & Team Building
1. Document processes and improve the outbound system.
2. Help build and manage the outbound team as the company scales.

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in cold email, outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  2. 2. Experience managing campaigns independently rather than simply executing someone else's instructions.
  3. 3. Hands-on experience with Apollo + Instantly/Smartlead is strongly preferred.
  4. 4. Strong understanding of email deliverability and domain/inbox setup.
  5. 5. Comfortable working with international B2B prospects.
  6. 6. Strong written English and attention to detail.
  7. 7. Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  8. 8. Comfortable with testing, experimentation, and iteration.
  9. 9. Able to work independently without daily supervision.
  10. 10. Must be comfortable taking ownership of targets and outcomes.
  11. 11. Candidates who can demonstrate actual campaign numbers/results will be preferred.
