Digital Media Performance Executive

Job Description:

  • Help in the strategy (if Required) for and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts
  • including: ○ Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ads ○ Search engine marketing (SEM) ○ Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads ○ Affiliates
  • Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set ● KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC etc.)
  • Manage day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms
  • Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfil the set objectives
  • Serving clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews
  • Spearheading relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure ● alignment with clients
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion-oriented ones
  • Innovating to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition
  • Share best practices with peers within group
  • Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs
  • Training and mentoring executives to take up implementations across platforms

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willing to get hands dirty
  • Acute analytical skills and a data-driven mentality – you know the relevant KPIs and how to work with them
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, comfortable in meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership abilities and track-record of hitting targets with limited resources/budget
  • Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
