DGM – Digital Growth & Social Selling Enablement

## About the Company A leading direct selling company is strengthening its digital growth ecosystem to support advisor-led customer engagement, social selling and digital commerce. ## About the Role This role will integrate content, social media, website/app, WhatsApp, creators, analytics and selective performance marketing into one advisor-powered growth engine. This is a strategic role, not a social media execution role. You will build new digital capabilities, lead agencies and teams, and turn business priorities into high-impact outcomes. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop integrated digital strategies for customer- and advisor-facing platforms across social, website/app, WhatsApp and campaigns. - Define engagement journeys for customer education, advisor enablement, purchase and repeat purchase. - Build an advisor-powered growth model that leverages the company's existing channel strength. - Design social selling frameworks that help advisors use content, product storytelling and WhatsApp to drive purchase and repeat purchase. - Build scalable enablement systems: playbooks, campaign kits, product narratives and content libraries. - Help advisors become confident digital storytellers, community builders and social sellers. - Own marketing-side UI/UX direction, customer journeys, content architecture, product discovery flows and campaign pages. - Partner with Technology on backend systems, integrations and platform stability. - Lead content strategy across a multi-category portfolio that is business-linked, customer-relevant and advisor-friendly. - Build creator, influencer, community and advocacy programs that drive credibility and product discovery. - Guide agencies, creators and internal teams to deliver high-quality, insight-driven content. - Design lifecycle journeys for onboarding, education, retention, repeat purchase and reactivation. - Define WhatsApp's role, templates, journeys and automation; recommend segmentation and CRM opportunities. - Lead selective campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms, with media agencies where needed. - Define objectives, audiences, budgets, creative direction and measurement frameworks. - Build dashboards and insights across content, website/app, WhatsApp, campaigns and creators. - Collaborate with Marketing, NPD, Sales, Training, Technology, Operations and leadership. - Lead teams, agencies and partners with strong execution discipline. - Build SOPs, operating rhythms, launch checklists and review mechanisms. ## Requirements - Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or a related field; MBA/postgraduate preferred. - 12–15 years in digital strategy, social media, digital growth, social commerce, performance marketing, content strategy or brand communication. - Background in FMCG, beauty, wellness, nutrition, lifestyle, retail, D2C, direct selling or consumer businesses preferred. - Experience with creator ecosystems, influencer marketing, community-led growth and digital transformation preferred. - Strong exposure to website/app UI/UX, front-end journeys and dashboards. - Proven ability to lead agencies, teams and senior stakeholders. ## Preferred Qualifications - MBA/postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or a related field. - Experience in FMCG, beauty, wellness, nutrition, lifestyle, retail, D2C, direct selling or consumer businesses. - Experience with creator ecosystems, influencer marketing, community-led growth and digital transformation. ## What We Offer - Opportunity to work with a leading direct selling company. - Role to build new digital capabilities and lead agencies and teams. - Chance to turn business priorities into high-impact outcomes. ## Location & Work Mode - Onsite role in New Delhi.
