Job Type: Full-Time | On-site | Administrative Support Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹32,000/month (based on experience & qualification)

Job Overview:

Delhi Metro is hiring Admin Assistants to support daily office operations, documentation, and coordination tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates and diploma holders seeking a stable back-office/administrative role in a government infrastructure organization.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum: 12th Pass + Diploma in Office Management / Computer Applications
    • Preferred: Graduate (B.A/B.Com/BBA/B.Sc) with working knowledge of office procedures
  • Computer Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
    • Ability to draft emails, letters, and maintain digital records
  • Age Limit: 18–30 years
  • Language Skills: Basic English and Hindi (written & spoken)
  • Other Requirements: Attention to detail, reliability, and organizational ability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle office documentation, filing, scanning, and record maintenance
  • Assist with report generation, scheduling meetings, and correspondence
  • Maintain logs for attendance, inventory, courier dispatch, and other office trackers
  • Coordinate between departments and external vendors for operational support
  • Perform data entry and digital record-keeping for HR/Operations/Admin teams
  • Provide administrative assistance to Managers, Engineers, and Senior Officers

Working Schedule:

  • Full-time on-site role
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week (Sunday off)
  • Location: Assigned DMRC office or depot across Delhi NCR
