Aligned with the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision, our mission is to deliver cutting-edge, field-ready technology to our troops.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Retired Defence Professional who can act as the vital bridge between our engineering capabilities and the Indian Armys operational requirements. This role involves end-to-end management of defence sales, liaisoning, trial planning, and order execution.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Liaisoning: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in the Indian Army, Ministry of Defence (MoD), Army Design Bureau (ADB), DGQA, and user directorates.Procurement Navigation: Guide the company through the defence procurement lifecycle under the Defence Acquisition Procedure (DAP) – including responding to RFIs, RFPs, and tenders.Trial & Evaluation Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute user trials in diverse and challenging terrains (High Altitude, Desert, Plains).
