Data Entry Operator - 10th/12th Pass

We assist businesses with their daily records, client information, and back-office tasks – we have clients in retail, logistics, and finance that trust us to do their data entry from beginning to end. We are a fully remote team. We are looking to hire more data entry operators as we take on more client work.

This does not require any technical background. In fact, to do this job well, all you need is to type reasonably well, follow instructions properly, and have an eye for catching small mistakes.

What you would be doing:

  • Entering data into spreadsheets or online forms every day
  • PDF files are converted to Word documents as required
  • Cleaning up dirty data: Remove duplicates, fix formats, sort records correctly
  • E-commerce Listing Product Information Entry
  • Part of this is catching your own mistakes – double-check your own work before you submit it
  • Following your team lead's instructions for daily tasks
  • • This one is a no-brainer: Keep all client data private and secure. Always

What you need to do:

  • 10th/12th pass in any board
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working on the Internet
  • 25-30 WPM typing speed is helpful but honestly not a dealbreaker if you’re accurate
  • A computer (desktop or laptop) with a reliable internet connection
  • Real attention to detail – more important than speed
  • Can work independently without needing to be checked on constantly

Good to have (not necessary):

  • Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • PDF to Word conversions work to a certain degree
  • Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or Typing Clerk, including temporary or part-time experience

Hours of work:

Flexible - your shift, your choice. If you want part-time, it's 3-4 hours a day. Full-time is 6-7 hours a day. We are not rigid about exact timing as long as work gets done and deadlines are met.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 a month (depending on part time/full time and the speed and accuracy of your work)
  • Salary paid on time, every month – without delay
  • Work from home. No travel necessary.
  • First week training is free
  • There are no registration fees and no hidden charges, ever. Period.

Who can apply:

  • Freshers/Students looking for part-time income
  • Homemakers seeking flexible hours around other commitments
  • Anyone with reasonable typing skills and a good internet connection
  • People looking for a simple, no-pressure, work-from-home job with no extra stress
