Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team at HR Service Jobs. This is a remote position for individuals based in India, working with US-based employers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.

  • Ensure the timely processing and completion of data entry tasks as per client requirements.

  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Correct errors in data and perform data cleaning tasks as needed.

  • Follow data entry procedures and guidelines provided by clients.

  • Generate regular reports for management review.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Communicate regularly with the team and clients to resolve any data-related issues.

  • Provide support in other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

  • Familiarity with data management software and systems.

  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.

Working Hours:
