  • Maintaining work in progress in Excel Sheets and tracking and preparing MIS Reports
  • Downloading files from Databases and uploading them to ERP/CRM
  • Compiling and Entering client and candidate Data from source documents within time limits
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Posting Job Ads on Career sites and external Job Portals
  • Keeping track of applications and doing preliminary shortlisting based on predefined criteria.
  • Calling applicants and connecting to Recruiters/Hiring Managers
  • Interview scheduling and follow-ups with stakeholders (clients and candidates)
  • Miscellaneous tasks related to data management / Recruitment automation/Application Tracking System(ATS).
Candidate Profile:
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Willingness to work from an office with commitment and focus 8 hours a day Monday -Friday Saturday half day
  • Age, experience, Industry no Bar
  • Candidates from any Domain, Functional Area, or Industry may apply
