Data Analyst MIS & Reporting

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst MIS & Reporting with strong expertise in Excel, Smartsheet, and SQL to support data-driven decision-making. The role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, building insightful dashboards, and defining meaningful KPIs aligned with business objectives. Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain data in Excel and Smartsheet, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates Perform data validation and quality checks to eliminate discrepancies and ensure data integrity Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders Identify, define, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business goals Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from databases Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data solutions Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort Conduct trend analysis and data interpretation to provide actionable insights Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred) Experience with Smartsheet or similar project/data management tools Working knowledge of SQL (data extraction, joins, aggregations) Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus) Strong understanding of data validation, governance, and reporting frameworks Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Prior experience in F&B (Food & Beverage), Hospitality, or related industries is highly preferred Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
