About the internship: UBOARD India Limited is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analysis & Business Planning Intern to support data-driven decision-making across sales, operations, inventory, and business planning. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, build reports and dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and business growth. This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving business problems, and transforming numbers into meaningful business decisions. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Collect, organize, and analyze business data from sales, inventory, operations, and other departments. 2. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. 3. Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities. 4. Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and business planning activities through data analysis. 5. Develop reports and visualizations to help management monitor key business metrics and make informed decisions. 6. Identify data inconsistencies and ensure the accuracy and integrity of business reports. 7. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, E-commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather and interpret business data. 8. Recommend process improvements based on analytical findings to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
