Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Location: Civil Lines, New Delhi (On-site)

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Transport: Free cab facility provided (pick-up & drop)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via call, email, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Resolve issues, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and escalate complex cases.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Freshers can apply (0–2 years of experience welcome).
  • Recent Graduate. (2025 - 2026)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
