We are looking for customer-centric professionals to deliver exceptional multi-channel support for Mosaic Wellness. This is a blended customer service role requiring a mix of non-voice (chat/email) and active voice support.

šŸŽÆ Key Requirements & Eligibility

Education: Minimum HSC (12th Passed) required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO Chat & Email experience is mandatory.

Support Mix: Comfortable handling 50% Voice Calling along with Chat & Email tickets.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Assessment: Versant Level 4 certification/score mandatory.
