Customer Service Executive – Amazon Seller Support (Saki Naka)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our Amazon Seller Support team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, has good communication skills, and is willing to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce customer service. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but we're equally happy to train the right candidate who's eager to grow. As part of our team, you'll be the voice and communication link between our brand and our customers on Amazon — making sure every buyer interaction is handled promptly, professionally, and with care. What You'll Be Doing: - Managing Buyer-Seller Messages: Respond to customer messages received through Amazon's Buyer-Seller Messaging system in a timely and professional manner, addressing questions about products, orders, and policies. - Handling Returns & Refunds: Process and manage return requests raised by customers, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience. - Customer Query Resolution: Address customer queries related to orders, shipping, product details, or general concerns — via chat and, when required, over phone calls. - Post-Delivery Follow-Ups: Reach out to customers after delivery to check satisfaction, resolve any concerns, and encourage positive feedback and reviews. - Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions for internal tracking and reporting. - Coordination: Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure customer issues (delayed shipments, damaged products, etc.) are resolved efficiently. What We're Looking For: - Fluent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory. - Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a similar field is preferred — but freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to stay calm and polite while handling customer complaints or difficult conversations. - Basic computer skills and comfort working with online platforms/tools. - A team player who is reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-first in approach.
