Customer Service Agent - Work From Home - NIGHT SHIFT

You are applying for a full-time remote role as a Language Interpreter with a MNC company. As a Language Interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately interpreting conversations in Gujarati, Nepali, Tamil, or French along with English during telephone and video conversations among individuals from different language backgrounds. Your role will involve listening carefully to speakers' statements, asking questions when necessary, and maintaining a neutral and impartial stance throughout the interpretation process. - Listen and precisely interpret communication between individuals speaking different languages such as English to Gujarati, Nepali, French, or Tamil, and vice versa. - Follow standard operating procedures required for the interpretation process and the organization. As a Language Interpreter in the domain of Customer Support & Operations, you will have the following details: - Job Role: Language Interpreter - Location: Permanent Work From Home - Salary: 30k-40k for Gujarati, Nepali, Tamil interpreters & 8-10 LPA for French interpreters - Shifts: First 3 months Night Shift (US & UK), followed by rotational shifts including day shift - Work Days: 5 days a week - Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs Desired Candidate Profile: - Education: 12th, Diploma, or Any Graduate - Experience: Freshers or experienced individuals For French language interpreters, the following qualification is mandatory: - Minimum B2 Certification in French language or B1 with minimum 6 months of experience - UG/PG Degree in French language Required Skill Set: - Highly proficient in Gujarati, Nepali, French, Tamil, and English speaking - Command over languages with good understanding skills - Excellent communication skills - Good listening skills - Energetic with a positive approach towards issue handling - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (5 days per week & 2 rotational days off) The interview rounds will include: 1.
