We’re looking for customer-focused and empathetic individuals to join our Flower Account as Project-Based Customer Service Agents. In this role, you’ll assist customers via calls, live chat, and email with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, and other concerns, providing a personalized and positive customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for adaptable individuals who learn quickly, communicate effectively, and are committed to a project-based customer service role.

💬 What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, live chat, and email professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with flower orders, delivery updates, cancellations, modifications, and general product inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Personalize responses to each customer's situation rather than relying solely on scripted replies.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow account procedures.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Adapt quickly to seasonal changes in workload and business needs.

🎯 What You Bring

  • Available to work 20–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.
  • Must not be currently employed or studying, ensuring full availability for the project-based campaign.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling voice, chat, and email support.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb new processes and product knowledge rapidly.
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills.
  • Able to personalize customer interactions naturally and build rapport.
  • Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage, but not required.
