Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Customer Relationship Manager (MBA – Fresher) with a CTC range of 3 LPA – 4 LPA. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with partner institutions, students, and other stakeholders to ensure high engagement and satisfaction with EduSkills programs.

The Customer Relationship

Manager will respond to inquiries, provide program information, coordinate onboarding and support activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools or databases. The role also includes assisting in organizing events and workshops, collecting feedback to improve services, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The individual will represent EduSkills professionally in all interactions and contribute to strengthening long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing, Operations, or related specialization; fresher candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and convey information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer relationship and service orientation skills, with the ability to manage inquiries, handle concerns, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data entry for maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Organizational and time management skills to coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to understand stakeholder needs and suggest appropriate solutions or program offerings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-evolving, mission-driven environment.
  • Interest in education, skilling, and social impact sectors; prior internship or project experience in customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
