Customer Relationship Management Executive - Fresher


About the job:

FlowSportsLife is a growing sports-tech-driven academy operating badminton and football academies across Delhi-NCR. Our coaching, attendance, scheduling and parent communication are powered through our own technology platform.

We are looking for a CRM Executive who will be the first point of contact for parents and will take ownership of the complete enquiry-to-enrolment journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for new enquiries, trial bookings, follow-ups and renewal reminders.
  • Manage leads end-to-end --> from enquiry trial enrolment.
  • Maintain and update the CRM and FlowSportsLife app in real time, ensuring every call, status and follow-up is properly recorded.
  • Respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with coaches and operations teams for trial scheduling, batch allocation and parent queries.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data with correct venue, sport and lead details.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports covering calls, connections, trials booked, conversions and drop-off reasons.


Requirements

  • Fluent in Hindi and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, smartphone applications and CRM software.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week, on-site in Gurugram.

Good to Have

  • Experience in tele-calling, inside sales, admissions, EdTech, fitness or academy operations.
  • Previous experience working with a CRM.
  • Interest in badminton or football.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality conversations.
